I was 17, hitting the gym, and praying I wasn’t done growing. Every inch mattered to me — not just in the mirror, but in how I felt walking into a room. I had that quiet fear that I’d stay short forever… and I was constantly searching for anything that might help.

I tried all kinds of supplements. Most of them were complete BS — either packed with junk, full of hype, or made for little kids. Nothing felt serious. Nothing felt built for someone like me: a late bloomer who wasn’t ready to give up on growing taller.
